The Beverage and Prep Centers are the Mont Alpi entertaining-side modules, bar carts, kegerators, refrigeration units, and prep stations that turn a grilling island into a full outdoor entertaining setup. Modules in this section are designed to integrate with the modular chassis of the Original, Black, and Deluxe Series islands, and several configurations are also offered as standalone units if you want bar service, beer-on-tap, or refrigeration without the full grilling-island commitment. This section is built for outdoor cooking that is also outdoor entertaining, if you want bar service, refrigerated drinks, draft beer, or a dedicated prep workspace integrated into the patio rather than ferried out from the house kitchen.

Beverage and Prep modules fit you if you:

Are planning a multi-module outdoor kitchen and want a beverage center or kegerator integrated into the island chassis from order time
Already own (or are ordering) an Original, Black, or Deluxe Series chassis and want to add an entertaining module later
Want draft beer at the patio, a MA-KEG kegerator or MA-BEV* beverage-and-keg combo handles it
Need a dedicated outdoor sink, the MASF* faucet family supports prep-side cleanup without trips inside
Want a standalone bar cart for poolside or patio bar service that's not tied to a grilling island

It is not the right section if you:

Are buying a complete grilling island and don't need separate entertaining modules, the Original, Black, and Deluxe Series chassis offer factory-spec beverage (-bev) and kegerator (-keg) add-ons that integrate at order time

What's in the Beverage and Prep Lineup

The catalog covers four functional families:

Beverage centers (MA-BEV*). Refrigerated beverage cabinets engineered to integrate at consistent height and depth with Mont Alpi grilling islands. The lineup includes corner (90) and linear configurations, fire-cart variants (FC), and kegerator combos:

Kegerators (MA-KEG). Dedicated draft-beer service with refrigerated keg storage and a tap tower at countertop height.

Sinks and faucet modules (MASF*). Outdoor-rated sink and faucet modules in stainless and black stainless:

MASF-SS / MASF-BSS, sink-and-faucet modules in stainless or black stainless
MASFM / MASFM-BSS / NEW-MASFM-BSS, sink-faucet-modular variants

Prep centers (MAPCL family). Dedicated prep workspace modules with countertop and storage. The MAPCL-MAPZ-SS combination is a prep-and-pizza-oven combo unit (see also Pizza Ovens).

Refrigeration (MAF). Outdoor-rated refrigeration units sized to integrate with the modular island chassis.

How These Modules Fit the Mont Alpi System

Beverage and Prep modules sit alongside the modular island chassis with consistent finish and dimensions. There are two integration paths:

Order-time integration on the island chassis. When ordering an Original, Black, or Deluxe Series island, specify a -bev, -keg, or -kegbev variant, the beverage center and/or kegerator integrates into the island as a single unit at the factory.
Standalone modules added alongside an island. Standalone bar carts, kegerators, refrigeration units, and sink modules can be added to the patio next to a grilling island for additional entertaining capability, useful when expanding an existing setup or when the island doesn't include integrated beverage from the factory spec.

How These Modules Fit the Mont Alpi System

To maintain finish continuity, specify the black-stainless (-bss) variants when pairing with a Black Series island, and the standard stainless variants when pairing with Original or Deluxe islands.
