Seven Seas proudly services every item that we sell, as well as pools, spas and swim spas that may have been purchased from a competitor. Our service technicians are trained, certified and well versed in even the latest technologies.
Pool Opening
We provide pool-opening at highly competitive rates. Because we handle a high volume of openings, we can’t guarantee the exact date and time you request. However, we will make every effort to schedule your opening as close as possible to your preferred date. The sooner you reach out to us the better. Below is a list of what you can expect from Seven Seas, as well as what you’ll need to provide for a smooth pool opening.
Our Duties
- Reconnect all plumbing lines to equipment.
- If pool has an optimal level of existing water, all equipment will be started to verify operation.
- If a heater is present, it will also be started.
- Installation of all existing ladders and handrails.
- Perform a chlorine shock treatment to existing water.
Your Duties
- Homeowner must drain any existing water from pool cover to avoid additional per hour charge for this service.
- Homeowner must have handrails, ladders, skimmer baskets, and directional eyeballs available.
- Homeowner must ensure the water be at a normal operational level so that the service team can start the pool up upon arrival.
- Homeowner is responsible for pumping any standing water off the cover prior to the service team's arrival.
- Homeowner is required to clean any debris from pool prior to service.
- Payment via check or credit card must be made prior to service.
Pool Closing
We provide pool-closing services at highly competitive rates. Because we handle a high volume of closings, we can’t guarantee the exact date and time you request. However, we will make every effort to schedule your closing as close as possible to your preferred date. The sooner you reach out to us the better. Below is a list of what you can expect from Seven Seas, as well as what you’ll need to provide for a successful pool closing.
Our Duties
- Remove all existing rails and ladders.
- Drain pool-plumbing lines prior to adding anti-freeze.
- Where applicable, disassemble pool filter, chemically clean the grids, cartridge or sand.
- Winterize the pump and heater and salt cell when applicable.*
- Remove solar cover if present.
- Add proper amount of winter chemicals.
- Install existing winter cover.
Your Duties
- Homeowner must drain water to proper level. Upon request, we will drain pool to proper level at an additional charge.
- Homeowner is required to clean any debris from pool prior to service.
- Payment via check or credit card must be made prior to service.
Please note: pricing does not include pool cleaning. Homeowner does not need to be present during service.
