Traditional rock-and-steam mode, fire up the Sense™ Bliss heater, let the rocks heat, pour water on the stones for soft, breathable steam. Intense, consistent heat supports circulation, eases muscle tension, and promotes faster recovery.
Infrared mode, the CarbonFlex® panels deliver radiant heat that warms the body directly without raising the cabin's ambient temperature as much. Gentle, radiant heat that starts from within helps you relax, supports detoxification.
Both on the same session, the Bliss™ Control Panel and Tylo Sauna App switch modes from a single touchscreen.
