The TL variant carries the same outside dimensions as the standard Jupiter Island. The ledge replaces a portion of the shallow-end floor with a molded shallow lounging surface (deeper than the wading depth on a beach entry, shallower than the main swim floor). The remaining swim floor is the same 4'6" main depth.
The Jupiter Island depth chart runs from a shallow end around 3'6" through a main floor at 4'6". The peanut profile means the pool has a wider center and narrower ends, which gives the floor layout two functional zones:

No. The TL variant is a different shell from the standard Jupiter Island; the ledge is molded into the shell at the factory. If a ledge is required, order the TL variant at purchase.
The exact ledge depth is part of the printed Nowak spec sheet, which Seven Seas reviews with you during the consultation. The ledge is in the shallow-lounge depth range (deep enough to keep a partially-submerged lounge chair above water; shallow enough that toddlers can stand).
4'6" at the deepest point. Less depth than the Aruba (6') or the Subdivision (6'), more depth than a beach-entry wading shelf.
No, 4'6" is not enough depth for diving. For casual jumps, casual deeper-water play, or diving from the deck, look at the Aruba or Subdivision.
